“Mayor Rahm Emanuel recently announced plans for a $10 million revamp of Chicago’s Riverwalk, the 1.25 mile stretch of riverfront development spanning from Lake Shore Drive to Lake Street.

Officials are planning a two-year facelift to develop neglected parts of the Riverwalk and bring new businesses to the area.
